Love this place! Super quaint bistro with AMAZING pancakes! We arrived 15 minutes before the breakfast closing and the seated us right away. The staff were friendly and the food was so delicious! I ordered the big bistro breakfast with an added pancake. It was way too much food for 1 person but I did my best to finish it! We were so stuffed afterwards.

It was our first time here and our friendly server, Kylie, helped us to decide which entrees to order. We hit the jackpot -- the seared salmon and prime rib sandwich were delicious and well seasoned. We'll be back.

Always our go to for our hungry gastronomic craves whenever I am home, either visiting parents or friends. This hot local/visitor spot never disappoints. Everyone shares that Aloha spirit with their customers which I love. Will always be back

Our family enjoyed our dinner. **Food: 4.5/5**: We shared all the dishes and appreciated the attentive service, including extra plates to share. The spaghetti with Wagyu beef meatballs and Bolognese sauce was a hit, with chunks of tomatoes, mushrooms, and basil that gave it a home-cooked feel. The lobster mac and cheese was delicious, with perfectly cooked lobster and a creamy, cheesy sauce. The bone-in aged ribeye was good, though we weren't fond of the peppercorn mushroom sauce and were glad we requested it on the side. The creamy mashed potatoes were addictive, and the fresh bread had an excellent crust. The clam steamer was okay; the black bean sauce was underwhelming, and a few clams were gritty. Portions were generous. We shared a strawberry cheesecake, which had a rich strawberry flavor throughout rather than just slices on top. I managed a small bite before the kids finished it off. **Service: 5/5**: The service was quick, attentive, and friendly. Our son drinks a lot of water, and they refilled our glasses multiple times without us needing to ask. **Ambience: 4.5/5**: The restaurant, while having many tables, felt quaint with enough space between them so we didn't feel cramped.

Good! Dinner in house tonight and it was really nice! Much improved from our last several meals which had me absolutely shaking my head at the inconsistency and poor food. New ownership? Or new attitude!? The food is plentiful, and very well executed. Our table had the special stuffed artichoke, the salmon salad special with lilikoi dressing (my dish), a prime rib sandwich, a hamburger and fries, and a spaghetti and meatball dish. No complaints! The salmon on my salad was cooked perfectly, and the salad was colorful and gorgeous to look at. I didn't care for the dressing, too sweet for me, but overall it was a real nice dinner for a hot Summer evening. I'm excited to find Kula Bistro has turned a new leaf! Looking forward to returning to our popular neighborhood eatery again real soon!

In the mood for pasta, ordered their Chicken Parmesan and rate it a 9 Grill Ahi with purple mash potato and salad rate 8 Known for its large portions, the chicken parm didn't disappoint and took home one-third. Ahi wasn't overcooked which would have been sent back otherwise. Great waiter. I recall on one occasion about 3 years ago, I had a large piece of Monchong and it was flavorless. Didn't see it on the menu which may be good for unsuspecting guests. Otherwise, have always been satisfied at Kula Bistro and recommend it to friends and tourists.

A nice place to find when you looking for food in the mountain. Their desserts were worth the drive. We tried the artichoke, prime rib sandwich on Rye bread, and the shrimp scampi. There's inside and outside dining.

We stopped at this quaint little resto before starting our jam-packed afternoon! It's a good thing we did because it gave us the fuel we needed! I loved the country feel this place had. Our friendly server made us feel so welcomed, and it was comforting to know she has been working there for quite some time! Good places have great workers! I ordered the Reuben sandwich with fries, which was huge but most of all, super yummy! I was too full to even order dessert, which was so unlike me, but I did walk over and take a look at all the freshly made desserts. My sister did get their last Guava Panna Cotta, which she said was refreshingly delicious! All in all, we had a wonderful meal here! Aloha & mahalo till next time...

Came here for lunch to celebrate a birthday. Oh what fun we had. Enjoyed our meals. I love the lobster Mac & Cheese. Always been my favorite for years! Love the artichoke too... but a bit messy to eat... The salads are always fresh. The desserts are the best! They don't take reservations so come early, or come at an odd hour

This is a great stop while in Kula. We stopped in right around lunch time and it was clear the local folks love this place as well. It was pretty crowded on a weekday but they had adequate seating. There was also outside seating as well. I ordered the panini which was very tasty and came with an abundance of French fries. The YS ordered the tuna which was market price but it was fresh caught so it was definitely worth it. He had a great salad to go with. It was definitely great to try out a place that the locals clearly love and get to experience a great eatery to boot. All in all I would definitely drop back by here again.
